Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

Condo Parking requiring Pre-Authorized EFT, Bank Draft Agreement

Hello, I've been living in a condo for 3 yrs and am required to pay a monthly fee for a parking spot which is leased on a yearly basis. I noticed this year that they updated the lease contract, and have written into it that I am required to give the management company my credit card info or authorize them to debit my bank account using pre-authorized EFT. I've been paying using online billpay through my bank for years and do not trust EFT/automatic payment, as I've had issues with duplicate charges. I am much more comfortable initiating the payment of all bills myself. Is it legal for the parking mgt company to require my cc or bank account info for the parking lease? Thanks!
