monetary deposit return

i have put a deposit down on wedding dress that i decided three days later i no longer wanted. i have requested the return of my deposit and the company has refused.

I signed a contract that states ''all sales are final'' but the contract does not include any information about the deposit specifically.

do i have legal recourse?
