Legal possession of Email

If I was affialiated with a Company as a subcontractor and received email as a member of that company's domain name for example My address was name philatsmartnet.com, Do i legally have to forward all my email that I received on the address to that Company?

This is a good question. Obviously email cannot be "possessed". Most companies alert their workers that the company computer system is company property. Statements made there would be used against the company as evidence most often.

What is your expectation of privacy with an assigned email on another's domain?

I could offer the advice to get your own free email address but I expect your problem relates to emails already sent.

Also, finally because I am a lawyer and becuase all legal claims have time deadlines, you should hire a lawyer without delay.
