Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Bad Mechanical Car Work

I will now have had my car towed to the dealership where I bought my car 6 times now since August 2006. Originally it was for a timing belt replaced twice it along with belts fell off while driving putting me and young baby and wife in danger. On one of the occasions the service manager said the belt was put in wrong it was ''off by a tooth'' car (term) I was assured the car was fine and safe to drive. This past Saturday while driving with family the car which still wasn't runing properly began to chug and make weird noises and then died, stopped running....I feel in danger everytime I get in this car....6 times is to much do i have a case?
