Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

My Filipino girlfriend is in trouble for motorbike theft case in Manila. She told me she just helped to say far and looking people. But all of her 4 friend as she said got arrested and she ran away. And she called me to help and I told her to go police station to tell the truth. She went and now police put her in jail. Now her sister saying me she need to pay 90k peso bail to get her out and later today told me if we pay 60k to owner then he can dismiss the case but until today if we don't pay to owner that much money, they can take her big jail and imprision for 17 years. Is this true? Because I don't know Filipino laws about motorbike stolen case. And one interesting thing is before same case her father was involved in motorbike theft case and the bail was 10k only. That time I sent her money to get him out, now I have doubt here, why so different in same case? I have doubt she is communicating Beeing her sister because her text language looks similar. Can you give me right answer? Looking forward ASAP
