Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I was a patient in a psychiatric facility, and was grabbed by a nurse from behind, and it is alleged that i choked her, in the police report it states that there was no violence on my part until I was touched, and because of this I was arrested and charged with attempted murder which the commonwealth dropped, my current charges are A&B, Disorderly Conduct, and disturbing the peace. Should I take the matter to trial, and what do you think the chances of an aqquital are? Please foward response to
