Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Massachusetts

Do I have any right if i'm being accused of something i didn't do?This isn't do to my age ,sex,color, I was just in the wrong place most of the times when this instance has happened.

Not necessarily. However, if the real reason for the disparate treatment is race, gender, religion, disabilty, etc, then it would be illegal. Why do you think one person was treated differently than the others?
