Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

23year old dui in Maine came up when i went to renew my lic in Mass..i was not arrested,forest ranger took my information and i drove off..i was working in Maine but lived in Mass.I will be 61yrs old on march25,2010..and won't beable to drive until i resolve this..do i need to pay a lawyer to get me out of this mess..
