Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

how can i fight this massachusetts MIP charge? I was at a party that was busted by the cops. There is no evidence that I was drinking, or holding any alcohol, but I'm still being charged with an MIP. How do i fight this?

Obtain representation to help you fight this. The burden of proof is on the prosecutor. The "evidence" could be observations by the police or by other attendees at the party from before the cops arrived, and they have to prove this beyond a reasonable doubt. Even if there is no evidence, the prosecutor's office may be trying to compel you to plea.
