Public Defenders Actions not true!

Two months ago I left Mass. telling my p.d. Iwas moving she said I would probably do the sentence for DUI in NC. and not to worry.Yesterday I get a letter from her the first time I ever heard from her mind u that a warrant has been issued for my arrest. She never talked to me once, what can I do?

There are 2 ways at least in NC to handle an arrest warrant. Either get the judge to strike the order, which only an attorney can do, or physically have the warrant served on you, bond yourself out of jail and then they give you a new court date. You should talk to an attorney in MA.
