what happens if i get a ticket marked "arrest" with both a civil(crossing yellow line) and criminal (oui) offense marked? one site says it can be handled and maybe thrown out as part of handling the criminal case, but aren't civil and criminal matters handled in entirely different systems (rmv and district court)? thanks

The situation you describe is not uncommon. When there are both civil and criminal offenses, all charges go through the district court. The RMV gets notified of the disposition on the civil offenses.
