Legal Question in Education Law in Massachusetts
massachusetts 51a
I am a teacher in Massachusetts, I have not been able to work because someone filed a 51a against me. Nobody will give me any information as to what it is about. How do I obtain information? What is the process from here?

You should get a lawyer and get one now. Your livelihood is in danger.
You certainly have a right to know what the allegations are, and a lawyer should go with you to your "interview."
