transcript cost
I was wondering how much a transcript would cost for an appeal trial for a 2'nd offense dui? I think my lawyer is charging me way to much!

Re: transcript cost It depends how long the trial was. Typically, OUI trials are short, usually less than one day. But your lawyer is not the one who charges the cost to transcribe a trial; the court reported who was at trial does this and usually the client pays the fee charged by the court reporter. It is not inexpensive. If your trial was only one day, the cost could be at least a few hundred dollars, maybe even more. Depends on the court reporter and length. |
