Legal Question

Barking dogs

I live in an apt.building where right behind me they opened a dog daycare which I hear barking dogs 5 days a week it's driving me crazy. I have problems sleeping at night and I try to lay down in the morning but can't because of the barking.Please what can I do? I am exhusted!
