Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am a 16 year old girl who has her ged. i left home to go to go job corps and left there with it. when i was there my mother moved out of the house into a new one with only two bedrooms. (for her her boyfriend and my brother) so i went to live with my 19 year old friend at her dads house. i just had a interview with a job (with pure luck during these hardships) i needed a parent or legal gardian to sign paper work for a drug test and my mom didn't have time for it. this is my life that is on the line. i basically live on my own my mom basically kicked me out and cant support me. she wont even help with the signings for my drug test which i need soon! she keeps harassing me about going to see her, but she knows i have no way of getting there since i don't have a car and she expects me to be there every time she asks..she knows the people i live with are really busy and she has no respect for any one and cares only of her self. i need help or advice!!!! please!!!?

You need to sit her down and speak with her about what is going on. You could ask the court to appoint someone as your legal guardian-most probate courts. legal aid or family services can help you- contact them for info.
