Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I had a baby a year ago on my own. Babys father is not listed on birth certificate. He is illegal in this country and is now demanding visitations. Does he have any rights?

If he is really the father then he has rights and can force you to allow him to see the child through the courts. His status does not have any impact on his ability to see the child but it may limit where and how he can see the child.
