Can the department of revenue legaly go after me for child support that my husband owes?

There is not enough facts in your inquiry to give proper advice. With that being said, if you are talking about tax interception (i.e. joint taxes filed by you and your husband), if that is what occurred there is a tax form you can fill-out and file with the Department of Revenue regarding your portion of tax entitlement. I hope this is helpful start! Again, without knowing exactly what form of action the internal revenue is taking, there is not much more advice this site can lend.
