Child support in Ma

What is the new law for 2009 child support and going to college? How to stop child support when the child moves in with the person paying child support. how to stop dor?

The new child support guidelines anticipate that the support obligation will stop when the child turns 18 and has finished high school (depending on whether he or she is still dependent on a parent). If the child has moved in with the parent who has been paying support, that parent should run, not walk, into court to file a complaint for modification.

If the child has moved in with the parent paying support, that parent should retain an attorney to immediately file a complaint for Modification.
