Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My child support order ended on the 31st of May and as far as it states in the deveorce decree it only can continue if the child is enrolled in higher education. My question does a beauty scool qualify for this. Thank You

trade schools are usually included in the divorce language that states the "higher education." A trade school such as beauty school can be considered higher education and if the child is enrolled full time and principally dependent on the custodial parent then yes your obligation for support may continue.
