custody

when a child reaches the age of 14 and has a single parent costody case with once monthly visits that are watched by a social worker,what are the childs rights in the number of vistitations per year?

Re: custody

If the child seriously objects to the visitation, the custodial parent or party has the right to bring the matter to the court's attention. The court can then obtain facts through an investigator or GAL, who will interview the parent(s), child, visitation supervisor(s) etc., and report to the court.
