Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I had a custody trial scheduled for yesterday 2/24/14. My ex husband had and attorney and I did not.When I got to court my ex and his attorney offerd me a deal and I agreed. So we did not go forward with the trial. The judge made the agreement a judgement. Now I am unsure of the deal. Can I take the case back to court?

You can file with the court to ask the judge to reopen it, but you have an uphill battle, especially if there was no misrepresentation or fraud on the other side.
