Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i would like to have my daughters fathers parental rights taken away. she is 11 now, we were never married, he owes over $7000 in back child support, he works under the table whenever possible to avoid having support taken out, he has told me flat out that he cant afford to pay his support because he has to support his girlfriend and their child. he doesnt provide health insurance for her either. (child support and insurance are both court ordered) is there anyway i would be able to just have his parental rights taken away?

The short answer is no, and the reason for which you seek termination is patently wrong.

Money to undermine the parent-child relationship is not going to be condoned by the court, nor should it.
