Fighting lieing dss

Bottom line dss removed my girls under false accustions.Its been since 10-28-02.I get supvised visits,my girls are 3 &14.I have done all I can do till this point their is a on going investgation we go to court 1-8-03 only so dss can say do more.They treat me like a crimnal.My 14 for the 1st time once to come home she finale said it today.dss only hears the negative stuff although I did vidio tape her.I want to sue dss but most of all what can I do after 1-8-03 Thier is no reason to keep my children away .They contuie to mess with my family and lie when neccsary.Please help as I miss my girls if you need more info no problem

Suing DSS is expensive and not likely to succeed. The Attorney General represents them and will tie you up in paperwork and time-consuming procedure, at no cost to DSS. A civil-rights case might be better, but you have to prove they are lying and know it. If the original accusations came from someone other than DSS and they reasonably found cause to believe them true, you probably do not have a case.

The best, cheapest and simplest way is to do what DSS wants, and stop fighting. Your attitude is part of the problem.
