If my mom is not letting me in the house to get my belongings, are they legally mine? even if she bought them for me? like, can i bring in a police officer to escort me there so i can collect them?

The best way is to go to the local district court and ask the judge for an order allowing you to go into the house and get your belongings. The judge can issue a time limited restraining order to allow you to do this with a police officer. If your mother wants to contest what you can take, she can do it before the judge.
