Restraining orders

A restraining order can be contested. The manner depends on the nature of the accusations, and how you rebut them.

Re: restraining orders

You dispute it by showing that the allegations are false. I.E. no past abuse, witnesses, etc.

You may want to consider retaining an attorney to assit you in this matter.

Sincerely, Maria Murber
