My rights?

My question is ...i left my boyfriend of 20 yrs 8 months ago we have a 12 yr old daughter ..I left from Massachusettes to philadelphia pa He Has temporary custody of our child.since ive been here in philly i got 3 notices from the courts that i really dont understand one is a temporary orderand ones for an order of a pretrail conference my question is ...am i required by law to stay away from her.i dont see nothing on the paper that states that...but Ive been told by my friends that i cant go near her because i walked out on a bad relation..or i will be arrested...is that true?

Apparently, when you left, he petitioned the Court for certain action, including custody of the child, and then asked the court to schedule a pre-trial conference. Unless there is a legally valid restraining order, then I do not know of any reason to stay away. Tempporary orders are interm requests from the court for certain orders regarding the pending litigation.
