Hello,

In order to request visitation and/or custody the proper complaint and/or counterclaim with a motion for temporary orders has to be marked up for hearing. Unless the other party is willing to enter into an agreement voluntarily tomorrow, your son will not be heard on custody or visitation.

I would suggest that your son consult with an attorney regarding his custody/visitation case. If he is interested I offer free consultations and can be reached at 978-276-0777.

Thank you,
