Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My ex wife was ordered to pay half of a home equity loan 15 years ago. Within the decree, I gave her 5000 towards my half. The court ordered her to pay. She used the $ I gave her and then filed bankruptcy listing the loan in the br. I am not being contacted that the IRS has claimed my refund for something that was hers to pay from 15 years ago via divorce doc. WHat are my options?
