Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

photographer will not remove photo.

I am a part time model who met a photographer through a Social Network online, We talked about the types of photoshoots that we wanted to do and he asked if I could do nudes in return for the type of photoshoot that I wanted. Not one moment did we ever agree to post the pictures. However, after we were done I was fairly disappointed with the photos and told him I did not want to use any. He in turn became aggressive and posted my Nudes on his website. I have asked him over and over to take the pictures of, but he refuses to. Is there anything that I can do about this? He never paid me for the photoshoot so the pictures are NOT HIS. nor did i pay and they are technicially not mine. But they are of me, how can i get him to remove these pictures? I contacted the website that he posted them on and they refuse to do anything. Please advise

You can send a cease and desist letter, and then file suit.

This is a situation which is best resolved by you engaging the services of your attorney. You do have legal rights to protect, but this will require competent legal assistance.

Good Luck!
