Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Naturalization Interview Complications?

I'd like to find out what should I do if I've failed to include certain information in my N-400 application. The problem is that I've missed to include in my application that I've been to court twice for speeding tickets.

At the interview after telling the officer about the court appearances, he requested the court decisions. Should I do anything else besides obtaining the records and could it be a problem that the information was not included in the application?

Thank you so much for your help.

Re: Naturalization Interview Complications?

So long as you do not have any other court appearances that you failed to disclose at the time of the interview, you should comply with the instructions issued at the time of the interview and provide the immigration officer with certified docket sheets and court documents relating to any and all court appearances. Good luck!
