Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Massachusetts

curriculum

I incorporated in 2004 and developed a curriculum for a program as part of the nonprofit. In 2008, the program went and filed its own corporation. Do I still have full ownership legally of the curriculum and other assets developed?

Re: curriculum

Missing a lot of facts in this question. Please amplify how "the program" "went and filed its own corporation" -- when control changed and how, and also whether there were any assignments of rights signed by any party.

Best wishes,
