Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Massachusetts

I am interested in starting a business where users can submit videos that display an idea for a service or product. Companies could then view the submissions and if interested purchase the idea from the user, or collaborate with the user on the idea. My question is whether this is legally feasible, without having the users patent every idea that they submit.

It really depends, you can have the Companies sign a non disclosure agreement. It seems legally feasible, but if I was an inventor, I would still want to patent my idea before submitting it to your service to protect myself.
