Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Massachusetts

I been doing foster care for about 8 years till now a child filed a 51a on me i want to know by the law how long they(dss) got to clear my case, i was told 10days and its been 11 days is there a time limit? Thank you

a 51a by DCF is not to clear, but to investigate a case. Regardless, you should consult an attorney. This is serious.
