Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

What is my boss doing to me?

I have worked as an Executive Assistant for over 4 years for a company. I have a Masters degree and also teach business one evening per week. Last year my father died and I was having serious issues with regards to a fibroid tumor I was trying to figure out the problem. So I missed some work time. Then my boss said, he had fired so and so for missing alot of work, I am just warning you. I didnt even take the 3 days off after my fathers death, I felt scared then to continue with the doctors to find out whats wrong. So I find out what is wrong 2009, and had the tumor removed Jan 22, as soon as I got back my boss said, I better watch my time off, Now, hes being odd. I have a draft in my office, and for 4 years have been using a space heater. Yesterday he told me to shut my door when using the space heater, today he told me same thing, then he comes in and says shut off space heater and put a sweater on or someting. I am scared, because i am so stressed, cold at work, lost all the eye lashes on my left eye, have 2 broken bottom teeth and have no time off to get them fixed until next year. I am allowed 3 weeks off. What do I do, I am hot/cold, cant take care of my health. He seemed to change around time my father died or something

You may have claims under the whistleblower protections afforded by OSHA if the workplace is unhealthy or you are fired or otherwise discriminated against for pursuing your own health. Contact me directly to talk through this if you wish.
