Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Can they contact my client?

Are the okay with contacting the client if they feel I have breached the Non Disclosure of Trade Secrets Agreement?

This client wasn't even working with them. Never had hired anyone they sent over or did any business at all with them.

My partner isn't in trouble just I am. Can my partner start another company without me?

Of course people can contact your client unless you have a court order..but questions like this imply you had a noncompete agreement...and need to give all the facts..to a lawyer..the cost will not be exorbitant..but take all your agreements to the lawyer..and give all the facts
