Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Demotions and Reducing pay

I been working for this company for about 3.5 weeks and the boss who works there is trying to say that i have poor performance with hardware and wants to demote my position and reduce my pay. I want to know the laws about demotions and pay reductions. Because I was hired for Jr Network Administrator for a set hourly pay and now she wants to reduce my pay by 15%. Please reply with some help.
