Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I was disqualified by my former employer for uneployment benefits.I appealed the decision and lost.I still feel I was wrongly disqualified.

You can appeal the appeal to the board of review, but you must do so within 30 days. If you can afford it, I recommend that you hire an attorney to do this for you (many are willing to flat rate these claims). If you cannot afford it, I recommend you contact Massachusetts Legal Services to see if someone can represent you at the subsequent hearing. You can also represent yourself at that hearing. Though with all respect, that may not have gone too well last time out.

I have no idea whether or not it is worthwhile for you to hire a lawyer. You should think about a fee you can afford, and see if you can find someone to get it done for that fee. Good luck!
