Re: racial discrimanation

This treatment is against MA and federal law. You can file a complaint with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. The Boston office is at One Ashburton Place behind the state house. You may want to talk with a lawyer before you file your complaint so that it gives the full story of your treatment at work

Re: racial discrimanation

You do not have to stand for differential treatment in the workplace on account of your ethnicity.

You may file a discrimination complaint with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, but you should do so

quickly. You do not need an attorney to file a charge there, but you may want to speak with one because it sounds

as though you may have multiple causes of action; e.g. disparate treatment, harassment, retaliation. You want to make sure

you correctly plead all of your potential claims.

Good luck.
