If you show up to work when scheduled and are sent home due to a scheduling mistake, are you entitled to any pay?

1) do you have any proof that you were required to report at that time

2) do you have a a written contract or personal manual regarding the payment method and work requirements

3) what size is the business and what does the business perform ie creating materials or performing services
