Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Unemployment Compansation

I am 63 YO. I retired from the IRS due to stress. I applied for unemployment and received 1 check. I was disqualified by DUA because they stated I quit work and available for work. I had to fight to gain an appeal. When I attended the appeal process, I was not allowed to submit evidence of my retirement and a letter from my physcian. I appled for my last appeal with the Board of Review. I received a letter from the Board stating that they will only discuss the return amount of my 1st payment. My legal rights are being violated and they are discriminating against me because I am a senior citizen. How can I force the Board to allow me to submit my evidence? Thanks
