Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
I have court tomorrow and my landlord's son keeps calling and texting me tasking for me to call him to come to a agreement to get me out asap

You have not asked a question. So I am not sure what advice you seek. You can go to court and they will ask the parties to see if they are willing to meet to come to an agreement. If you agree, you and the Landlord and perhaps a mediator will meet with you to see if an agreement can be reached. If an agreement is reached it will be converted into an agreement and an order. If not you will go to trial.
