Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts

Problem with Dental Work Done

Hello,

In October of 2007 I went to a cosmetic dentist that did over $20,000.00 in dental work. I had a bone graft, plus a 5 tooth bridge put in the left upper side. The actual porcelain bridge did not go in for almost a year later. 4 months ago the back pontif tooth broke off. Yesterday the entire bridge fell out, only to learn that the two teeth holding the bridge broke off to the gum line. I am told now that this bridge is useless and cannot be used. I am told to have the three teeth removed and I am having to have a partial made. What is my rights to a refund on this work? I refuse to return to the dentist that did the original work. It was on problem after another. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
