Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

assaulted and attacked in the office building of my doctor.

Dear Sir or Madam:

Last night at around 5:30 I was attacked in the stairway of my doctors office building..the two men jumped me for my phone and jewlery. They did not get the phone but did get my ring. I did call the police and they came to the office and filled out a report and I then went to the station to pick out a picture of the suspect. The bottom line..can I sue the building owner and the those who run the building..I heard there were other incidents in the past months of assaults in the same stairway ..I guess they have terrible security..I am still shaken up and this has really done a job on my hiv/aids stress tonight;;I cannot sleep.. thankyou so much..peace and God bless. Yes, you can sue the building owner and the building management company.

Contact a "premises liability" attorney to do so.
