Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I fell in a greenhouse

One of the employees was watering while I was picking out a plant to buy & I slipped and fell and hurt my ankle pretty bad while he watched. What should I do?

Where was it? When did it happen?? You should get treated first and then you have a potential case. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Hi -

It is important for you to immediately seek proper medical treatment. I am a straight shooter so I cannot tell you if you have a case based on the little information I know thus far. These cases are very tough. My office practices exclusively personal injury law, and if you would like to talk this one, give me a call.

There is a case involving supermarkets that came out that given the nature of the operation, the operators should be aware of certain risks. There is not enough information to see if this fits in this framework.
