Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I have a personal injury case pending. I finished treatment clost to three months ago. Injury took place jul 09. They tell me they are putting together a "letter of demand" and that is where is stand. This is about the only communication I have had with the attorney since the initial meeting. how long does it take to resolve a lawsiut from the time the letter of demand is recieved? An approxomation a percentage something?

I agree with Attorney Lebensbaum. There is no set time, but cases can often take years to come to some conclusion. Speak with your lawyer and, if you are not satisfied, then retain a new one. You may be required to pay your current attorney for his or her time spent on the case thus far.
