Confidentiality - Condo Association

Is it appropriate for a Condo Association to publish information regarding liens/foreclosures in minutes for all of the residents? While I realize that the information may be in the public domain, it does not seem to serve any positive purpose. The Management Company and Board should be dealing with this.
