Second mortgage Holder and execution lien

A private company is willing to lend me some money. But they want to be placed asa second mortgage holder. I have a 1st mortgage and a execution lien from a judgement that was rendered a 1.5 yrs ago. Can I place this company as a second lien holder against my property even with the judgement lienlien

No! Only if the second lienholder agrees to be in third.

The Execution if recorded properly would sit in second position
