non payment of rent thing left behind

tennants did not pat 2 months rent left things at my house been here for about 2 months can I sell these items??

It would be unwise to dispose of the tenants items until you consult with an attorney to determine whether doing so would violate landlord/tenant law and possible expose you to double or treble damages and/or attorney's fees for concurrent violation of the consumer protection law. Good Luck!
