property rights of clergy widow

Does the widow of a clergy member (rabbi or minister) have any property rights in the parsonage or home owned by the congregation? Can she be evicted when the clergy-spouse dies?

This would depend on the contract between the minister and the congregation. Get a copy and retain an attorney to review it.
