Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
I have a separate mge.for 1/2 of a Condex. The other 1/2 is now in foreclosure from the previous owner. The Master Insurance Policy is divided in half between the 2 units. Who is responsible for paying on the other 1/2 that is now vacant? Mansfield,MA

Contact the Mortgage company. they should pay the half owed by the other unit owner.
